GoComet Unveils Agentic AI Suite and Incidents Lens to Meet Rising Demand for Real-Time Logistics Intelligence

GoComet has launched its Agentic AI Suite and Incidents Lens to help enterprises shift from manual logistics to real-time, intelligence-led decision systems, enabling faster, predictive supply chain operations.

GoComet, the AI-first supply chain automation platform, has launched two new products — Agentic AI Suite and Incidents Lens — at Odyssey Mumbai 2025. The showcase drew senior logistics and supply chain leaders from Mahindra, Aditya Birla, Tata Communications, Godrej, Sun Pharma and others, reflecting growing enterprise interest in AI-led operational intelligence.

The new launches come at a time when Indian companies are accelerating the shift from manual logistics processes to real-time, data-driven decision systems. Speakers across sessions pointed to a clear industry pivot toward predictive workflows, unified visibility, and continuous risk monitoring, with decision cycles compressing from days to minutes.

GoComet Co-founder & CEO Chitransh Sahai opened the event, outlining the company's push toward autonomous logistics. He said GoComet aims to build systems “that think, adapt and act with intelligence,” underscoring the role of AI in creating self-learning supply chains.

Executives from Mahindra, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Raychem RPG, Waaree Energies and Yokohama-OHT shared on-ground perspectives on the digital transition. They highlighted the cultural and organizational shifts needed for AI adoption, with leaders noting that integrated data, process alignment and mindset change are emerging as key enablers.

In a fireside chat, Chandrakant Kadam, Vice President & Head–International Logistics at Mahindra, said the company’s logistics transformation is being powered by a move toward a connected, intelligent network.

Amritendu Mukherjee, Head of Global Logistics at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, noted that agility and visibility have become “business-critical” in today’s disruption-heavy environment.

The product showcase by Sahai and Prasad Alurkar, Head of Operations, presented GoComet’s latest AI stack. According to the team, the effectiveness of AI agents is driven by metadata richness, not the underlying LLM. GoComet’s Agentic AI Suite features autonomous agents that analyse OTIF performance, generate interactive reports and deliver continuous operational insights.

The Incidents Lens platform tracks global disruptions in real time, automatically mapping affected shipments and enabling early action instead of reactive firefighting.

With these launches, GoComet positions itself at the forefront of the industry’s shift from basic workflow automation to intelligence-led logistics — where systems interpret data, anticipate risks and support faster decision-making across global operations.
