The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) has appointed Shailesh Jejurikar, the current Chief Operating Officer, to succeed Jon Moeller as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026.
Since 2014, Shailesh has been recognised as a valuable member of P&G’s global leadership team, contributing to various businesses and holding leadership roles in both regional and international capacities within P&G’s Fabric and Home Care categories across diverse markets of North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Board Chair Joe Jimenez commented, “Shailesh is an outstanding leader, and the Company will benefit from his ongoing leadership to build on the strong foundation he has helped create.”
