Wellness is no longer just a lifestyle choice — it’s fast becoming a brand proposition. As consumers gravitate toward health, mindfulness, and eco-conscious living, brands across sectors are finding ways to anchor their identity in “well-being”. Real estate players are no exception.
In a move that aligns with India’s growing focus on health and conscious living, AM Realty Solutions has announced Aranyam Estate, a 400-acre wellness-led township coming up in the Konkan region near Goa. Envisioned as a self-sustained ecosystem, the project is designed to integrate wellness, sustainability, and modern comfort — from yoga and meditation grounds to Ayurveda institutes, longevity hospitals, and organic farms.
Nearly 40% of the space will remain under green cover, creating what the company calls a “living, breathing environment” built around mindful design and ecological balance.
“Most so-called wellness communities stop at clubhouses and pools instead of promoting actual well-being,” said Khushal Chopra, Founder and CEO, AM Realty. “Aranyam Estate aims to redefine this idea — drawing inspiration from India’s own traditions of Ayurveda, yoga, and holistic living.”
The concept dovetails with a larger global trend. Wellness travel and retreats have grown into a USD 1 trillion industry, projected to double by 2030. In India, over 1.17 million foreign tourists arrived in 2024 for medical and wellness experiences — a figure that continues to rise as the country reclaims its identity as the home of holistic healing.
Backed by over 12 years of industry experience, AM Realty’s leadership team — Amit Monga, Khushal Chopra, Kamal Bhatnagar, and Mitul Sethi — aims to turn Aranyam into a flagship destination for a new kind of luxury: one rooted in balance, nature, and inner renewal.
