Arabo, known for timepieces such as the Billionaire Watch and Astronomia Tourbillon, has expanded Jacob & Co.’s presence from New York to major luxury markets including Geneva and Dubai. His entry into India aims to bring the brand’s design and craftsmanship to high-end residential projects catering to affluent buyers.
India’s luxury real estate market is undergoing rapid change. The Knight Frank Wealth Report 2024 projects a 58% rise in the number of ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) by 2028, positioning the country as one of the fastest-growing wealth markets globally. A report by Savills India estimates that the branded residences segment could grow by 200% by 2031, driven by rising incomes and a growing preference for branded, lifestyle-oriented housing.
The collaboration between Jacob & Co. and M3M follows a broader trend of global luxury brands entering India through real estate tie-ups. Companies such as Armani, Trump, and Versace have already launched projects in cities like Mumbai, Gurugram, and Pune, targeting a new class of Indian buyers seeking exclusivity and global association.

Developers are increasingly partnering with international brands to offer differentiated products that combine real estate with design and lifestyle value.
For M3M, which has a strong presence in Delhi-NCR, the association with Jacob & Co. aligns with its strategy to expand within the luxury space. The collaboration is expected to introduce a new approach to branded residences that blends architectural precision with high-end lifestyle elements.
Jacob & Co.’s entry into India reflects the country’s evolving consumer base and growing relevance in the global luxury ecosystem. As wealth expands and design-led developments gain traction, India is set to emerge as a major destination for international luxury brands.
