Shoppers Stop Partners with Etihad Guest, Turns Premium Shopping into Global Travel Rewards

The collaboration reflects Shoppers Stop’s broader strategy of strengthening its loyalty ecosystem through partnerships that extend beyond retail.

Shoppers Stop, a premium retail chain, has partnered with Etihad Guest, as part of its loyalty and customer rewards strategy. The partnership strengthens Shoppers Stop’s loyalty ecosystem while expanding Etihad Guest’s footprint in India.

As part of the collaboration, members of Etihad Airways’ loyalty programme, Etihad Guest, will be offered First Citizen Club Platinum Aura Membership, unlocking a premium shopping experience across Shoppers Stop stores and ShoppersStop.com. In a first-of-its-kind partnership for the retailer, in the coming months, Etihad Guest members will also be able to turn their shopping into flights by earning Etihad Guest Miles on spends with Shoppers Stop.
