New Initiative ‘Founder Vantage’ Targets Scalable Growth for Founder-Led Businesses

Founder Vantage, launched by Umanshi and marketing veteran Manimala Hazarika, offers structured growth systems to help founder-led and family-run brands move from instinct-driven execution to scalable, strategic growth.

Marketing consultancy Umanshi Marketing & PR, founded by IIM-B alumna Tamanna Gupta, has joined hands with brand and marketing veteran and IIM-C alumna Manimala Hazarika to launch Founder Vantage — a structured Growth Acceleration Lab designed to help founder-led and family-run brands move from fragmented execution to scalable, system-led growth.

The program is aimed at businesses ranging from seed-funded startups to ₹1,000 crore family enterprises, where the founder continues to drive key decisions. Founder Vantage blends brand strategy, category design, investor communication and go-to-market execution into a unified framework that strengthens leadership narratives and market credibility.
